1. Delivery​​​​

• All products are digital, created by a human illustrator and may take up from 1 (one) week to 1 (one) month to finish each art piece depending on complexity, however it may also depend on other conditions such as waitlist, my personal projects or the moment the order has been placed;

• Clients based in Brazil have the option to order physical deliveries by mail, as long as they pay for the shipping fee;

• If an extension for the delivery date is needed, I'll make sure to warn clients about the delay, specifying any possible obstacles and the extra time that'll be needed for the delivery of the final piece;

• Please refrain from placing orders too close to the due delivery date (ie. a complex birthday gift art at around a month before the due delivery date) to avoid delays and upsettings.

 

2. Personal data​

• Your personal data may be needed to place an order, be it contact info (ie. your personal email), real name, a photo of you (in the case of an illustrated portrait) or the amount spent in any commissioned work, however it is my responsibility to protect and keep every personal information safe and under discretion;

• It is also a responsibility of all clients to keep my personal information safe. Please keep in mind that I'd rather be more discreet when it comes to my online identity and would like to keep it that way.

 

3. Refund policy​

• Clients may place refunds within 1 (one) week after the final delivery of the comissioned piece(s) by presenting fair and concrete reasons to it, I have a right to deny any refunds;

• In case any commission is refunded, clients no longer hold any rights to it, do not share any part of the piece(s) nor tag me whatsoever;

• In the case of a refund, any commissioned piece is of exclusive use of the artist (Torikomix/Bo Toriko);

• If any commissioned piece portrays the original characters of clients or any other creator, the artist (Torikomix/Bo Toriko) may retain the right to the piece(s), but not the character(s).

 

4. Usage rights​

• I have a right to decline any commission;

• All clients must be legal adults by the laws of their country to place an order;

• Please provide clear reference of what you want to order;

• Once any commission is delivered, all clients retain the right to use the piece(s) as they like, as long as not to harass the commissioned artist (Torikomix/Bo Toriko);

• The artist retains the right to use any commissioned piece as much as any other client. As the creator of the artwork(s), I may share in any platform and promote as I like;

• I ask for clients to tag me or link to my social media upon sharing any commissioned piece, however it is not strictly necessary;

• Clients may pay for the service, but don't retain the rights to the piece(s), do not claim as your own.

 

5. Revision policy​

• Clients may ask for as many changes/tweaks as necessary, I only don't accept changes on the composition, character(s), pose(s) or scenery element(s) once the lines are finished.
