It was clear how the divorce of Izuku's parents affected him; it wasn't like he missed Hisashi, but he still had to get used to it.
The couple set a date to meet Inko’s so-called “future boyfriend” before Mitsuki’s visitation, who waited excitedly to meet her son-in-law. There were too many plans at once and the greenette felt overwhelmed, but he wouldn't quit when everything was all set and ready to go.
Izuku got news from his mother every week and, once the divorce was official, they agreed to meet again so that she could introduce them to Yagi.
Once again, the couple was in front of Inko's house and Izuku was a nervous wreck. Katsuki watched as he hesitated and gulped.
“Hey.” The Incubus called. “You don’t have to worry.”
“How can you know it’ll be fine?”
Katsuki shrugged. “I don’t, but you’re the one who should approve of him, not the other way around.”
“That’s on my mom, and I don’t want to take that from her…”
“But if your mother approves of him, don’t you think you may like him as well?”
Izuku paused, the comment kind of made sense.
“Don’t worry about it, will you?” Katsuki said with a kiss on his forehead. “Let’s get this over with.”
At last, they went up to the front door and announced their arrival; Izuku’s heart raced in his chest until his mother answered.
“Izuku, dear! I'm glad you came.” She said with a hug on her son. “Thank you for coming too, mister Bakugou.”
Katsuki recoiled awkwardly. “Of course…”
“Come on in! I’ll introduce you to Toshi.” She said as she guided the guys into the house.
In the living room, they spotted a tall, blonde old man with blue eyes, he stood right as they approached.
“Hello, boys! I figure you must be Izuku.” He told the greenette.
“Yes, that’s me!”
“Inko said really good things about you! As for you, I figure you must be Katsuki Bakugou, right?” Yagi turned to the blonde youngster.
“Er… yes! That’s me.” Bakugou replied embarrassedly.
“I heard a few things about you as well…” Despite his smile, the older one’s comment made the couple shiver.
“O-oh! Well… That’s not-!”
“Is alright, young Midoriya, after all, I also heard that you two are on good terms now, right?” Yagi cut off Izuku’s speech.
The guys went quiet and exchanged confused stares.
“Sh-she told you…?” Izuku asked as he turned to his mother.
“Well, don’t worry! I can assure you that I’m not intolerant. It’s nice to meet you two.” The older one bent his body in a bow, surprised, the couple followed his lead.
“Well, let’s go eat? Lunch’s ready.” Inko called.
Meeting Yagi was nicer than they expected, he was really altruistic and seemed to be a good person and, even though he knew about young Midoriya’s boyfriend, he didn’t ask a single intrusive question or made any unnecessary comments, the guys got attached to him almost at the same time.
The man told stories about his old crush, Nana Shimura, who he never had a chance to get closer for she was married and didn’t share the same feeling.
“Wait, ‘Shimura’...?” Izuku mentioned.
“Oh, have you met her?” Yagi asked.
“Not actually, but my boss is called Shimura too.”
“Tenko…?” The older one questioned him.
“Yeah, you must know him, right? Reborn is a very well-known company, after all.” The greenette said with a smile.
Yagi showed about a sad smile. “He’s Nana’s grandson.”
The guys almost choked on their food at the information.
“A big coincidence, isn’t it?” The old man smiled funnily.
“Yeah… I wasn’t expecting that.” Katsuki said slowly.
“Really? I thought that you and mister Shimura knew each other well.” Izuku said to Kacchan.
The Incubus shrugged. “We always have things that we prefer to keep a secret. I know that Shimura has a rocky relationship with his family, but I never found out many details.” It was when Bakugou finished the sentence that he saw the melancholic look on Yagi's face and noticed he spoke too much.
“It’s true that young Tenko’s father has always been pretty strict… he never got over Nana’s death nor the kind of relationship they both had.”
“S-sorry… I didn’t mean to-”
“Is okay, young Bakugou. I wish I could’ve helped Nana some more, but she herself forbade me to get into her personal life.”
“It looks like you two had kind of a distant relationship…” Midoriya risked to say.
“Somewhat, yes, but meeting Inko was like a light at the end of the tunnel.”
“What do you mean?” Izuku asked.
“After everything I went through with Nana, I thought I’d never love someone again, but meeting your mother was like love at first sight. It may sound cliché but, as I find out more about her, the more I fall for her… I see many things from Nana and some more in her.” He said with an affectionate touch on Inko’s shoulder who smiled back.
Izuku smiled along with them. “You really seem to appreciate my mom, sir.”
“For sure. It was a relief, even; my life has been very bitter since Nana’s death, meeting Inko saved me.”
The greenette felt happy for his mother, it looked like she found a great match and, in a way, he was happy for Yagi too; even though they just met, Izuku was glad to know that the old man wouldn’t have to live an empty life anymore.
Everyone helped with dishes after lunch before the guys had to call it a day; even though they’d like to stay and spend some more time, they still had to get up early, on the next morning.
Before they left, they gathered with Yagi and Inko to say goodbye.
“Have a safe drive home, boys.” Inko said in the arms of her son.
“We’re heading out.” Izuku replied as they broke.
“It was really nice to meet you two.” Yagi waved at them.
“Likewise, sir.” Katsuki mentioned, his partner nodded.
“I’m glad my mom met someone like you, mister Yagi! Please take care of her, from now on.” The greenette bowed.
“Well, you can count on me for that, young Midoriya!” The eldest held his neck with an awkward smile, Izuku nodded.
At last, they all waved their goodbyes and the guys went back home.
They went up to the greenette’s household where they’ve been spending a good while lately. His partner would move in there sooner or later, so he wanted to get more used to it.
Once at their destination, they entered the bedroom where Bakugou threw himself back-first on the bed.
“Well, it wasn’t bad after all.” The Incubus mentioned. “And what did you think of Yagi?”
“He seems to be a good person…” Izuku smiled melancholically as he hung his coat in the closet.
Katsuki supported himself on his elbows to give his boyfriend his full attention. “You don’t sound like you’re much sure about it…”
“No, is just that… I still need to get used to it.”
“I figure, my mom also suffered a lot with my dad’s death, it was a hard time for all of us.”
The greenette eyed him with his mouth agape, Kacchan didn’t speak much about his parents. He approached slowly and sat by his side on the bed.
“How was it like to deal with that?” He asked curiously.
Katsuki laid on his crossed arms below his head. “It was pretty tough, as you can imagine… My dad passed away from his old age; when we found that out, my mom didn’t deal with that so well, although she kept telling me it was natural… Sure, humans don’t live as long as a Succubus, it always happens sooner or later and we all know that, but maybe she just kept telling that to herself to try and acknowledge it. Losing our soulmate is hard and painful for any cupid, she got into a pretty bad depression and cried loudly every day until, little by little, getting used to the idea, but one could notice how much it saddens her to this day.”
“So… does that mean that, when a soulmate dies, the cupid feels the effects of the curse?” Izuku asked cautiously.
“Worse, after all, we feel the effects of the curse alongside the death of the love of our lives. Some cupids can’t handle it and end up letting themselves wither to death; my dad wasn’t my mom’s first soulmate, but I couldn’t help but worry…”
The freckled one eyed his hands on his lap with a sad expression. “So… what will happen to you, when I die…?”
Bakugou eyed him perplexed. “Well… I’d like to promise that I’ll move on and keep searching for you in each incarnation, but… we both know that’s kind of an impossible promise.”
“Kacchan-”
“But it’s not like I’ll give in to it… I’m stronger than that.” He said with a confident smile.
Izuku smiled back. “It better be… We still need to set a date to meet missus Bakugou, right? I can’t wait.”
“She’s also looking forward to it.”
“You also never mentioned a stepparent, right? Is her soulmate still reincarnating?”
Bakugou went quiet at the question, not wanting to touch on the subject.
“Kacchan…?” Izuku insisted.
“Well… we have a stupid rule about that…”
“Huh?”
“After we procreate with our soulmate, the cycle ends and their soul doesn’t reincarnate anymore.”
“Huh?!” The freckled one exclaimed, startled.
“But don’t worry… we’re not eternal either; when I die, we’ll be able to see each other in the afterlife.”
The short one paused to let the information sink in before speaking up. “That sounds kind of religious…” He laughed awkwardly.
“I figure it must still be hard for you to believe in the paranormal.”
“A little, yeah… but I can’t deny what I saw.”
Katsuki fell silent in embarrassment, that whole situation probably sounded very surreal to Izuku, he didn’t imagine what the freckled one could be feeling.
“Hey, Kacchan…?” Bakugou turned to the greenette at his call. “May I… see it again?”
His request startled the Incubus, who supported himself on his elbows over the bed.
“Are you sure you want that…?”
“I was just thinking…! How it may be to… have sex with an Incubus in his true form…?”
Katsuki’s face heated. “W-well… it’s not impossible, but… why do you want that?”
“I just wanted to try something new…” The greenette mumbled.
Bakugou eyed him confusedly. “You won’t be scared, this time?”
“I think I can’t promise that…” Izuku confessed awkwardly.
Katsuki stood up and slowly walked to the center of the room. ”Hmpf… sometimes you have some daring ideas.” He said as he shifted into the monstrous figure that the small one saw a few nights prior. “I like that.”
The freckled one seemed to be recoiling in place, frightened by his incomprehensible form.
The Incubus smiled softly and approached cautiously not to scare him off even more, placing his hands on Izuku’s knees in front of him.
“Are you nervous?” The blonde one asked.
“Well… I need to try and get used to it.”
Bakugou raised a brow. “It’s very brave on your part, but I hope you’re not pushing yourself. If you’re scared, you can tell me.”
Izuku shrugged. “It’s not something you see everyday, but I need to get used to it one way or another, after all…” He stretched out his hand and touched the cupid’s face. “It’s Kacchan.”
The Incubus sighed and leaned into the touch, holding the freckled one’s hand and kissing his palm, then he slowly leaned in for a tender kiss, laying him in bed in the process. He was trying to take it slow at first, he didn’t want to scare his soulmate off, but the familiar touch almost got him to lose control.
He was soon introducing his tongue and thrusting Izuku’s crotch despite the fear of scaring him away with where things were heading, but it’s always been hard to control himself around the greenette.
When they stopped for a breather, the freckled one below him giggled in a way that got Katsuki confused.
“So that’s how a split tongue feels like…”
Bakugou blushed in surprise and averted his gaze. “Do you like it?” He asked slowly.
“Well… it’s different. Your fangs are longer and your tongue doesn’t usually have that shape, it’s almost like it was someone else’s mouth, but… I still can feel it’s Kacchan.”
The Incubus paused and scratched his temple awkwardly. “Is that good or bad?” He asked uncertainly.
“Come on… you know how much I love you, right?” The greenette smiled as he fidgeted with the hem of Katsuki’s shirt.
“Yes…” The cupid said, distracted by the gesture.
“So it’s good… right?”
Bakugou smirked as the small one pulled him closer. “Right.” He smiled lustfully and resumed to kiss the greenette deeply. “I love you too, Izuku.” He whispered against his lips when they broke.
It could be the fact of recognizing Kacchan even in that little familiar form or maybe the aphrodisiac scent that turned him on, but the greenette was no longer bothered by the thought of making love with a literal demon; they soon were undressing and positioning on the bed with Izuku laying in front of Katsuki.
“Is this what you want?” Bakugou asked to make sure.
The greenette just nodded and opened his legs a bit wider with a suggestive smile.
Getting the message, the Incubus smirked and penetrated the small one; it was rare to see that daring side of his, so Katsuki had to enjoy it.
His slow, patient moves were excruciating for Izuku, his musk was much stronger in his Incubus form and turned humans on, Izuku was no exception; the small one soon whined impatiently and started to move his hips faster, making Katsuki have to keep up with him, which he did of good will.
The first time they stopped for a breather, the Incubus leaned in to kiss the greenette, only he couldn’t get close enough before the one himself opened his mouth.
“Kacchan.” He called.
“What is it, Izu?”
“Do you, uhm… have any powers?”
Bakugou stared at him curiously; he didn’t find that the best time for a question like that.
“Well… I can blow explosions from my hands, aside from a few standard Succubus quirks, like a breath of sleeping powder… why?”
The small one hesitated. “Is there something we can try?”
The Incubus blinked in awe, Izuku was being so daring he wasn’t recognizing the greenette, but smiled all the same. “There’s something…” He said as he placed his hand on the short one’s crotch. “Do you trust me?”
Izuku nodded firmly, with that, the blonde blew a few light crackles from his palm, winning a reaction from the greenette who moaned and kicked below him.
“Are you okay?” Bakugou asked in concern.
“M-more!” Izuku breathed out with emphasis.
The cupid smiled confidently and complied, blowing small crackles on the greenette’s crotch every now and then as he moved inside him; the feeling was like nothing he experienced before, sending waves of pleasure through his freckled body that drove him to the edge of a collapse, so much he finished midway through.
Katsuki watched the sperm squirting on the greenette’s abdomen and dripping from his own hand after a last blow of his power, but the blonde himself was still far from finished.
“Already?” He said, disappointed.
“Sorry, Kacchan…” Izuku replied in a huff.
“Do you mind if we continue?”
Despite the exhaustion, the small one didn’t want to leave his boyfriend hanging, so he nodded in consent.
“But I can’t use my explosions on you anymore.” Katsuki quirked a brow with a smile, winning a grumpy pout from his boyfriend. “Don’t give me that face, I won’t let you cum again before I’m finished.”
The Incubus got out of the greenette to switch positions, turning him back first to himself and holding him firmly before penetrating him again, resuming to move as he stroked his boyfriend’s member and whispered courting words in his ear. The big wings on his assbone threatened to knock over some random furniture as they frantically flapped at the rhythm of his hips.
Izuku cummed a second time shortly before Katsuki finished, with a last few thrusts, he flooded the greenette’s innards with sperm, who fell exhausted on the bed soon after. Bakugou joined him and caressed his freckled body, leaning in for a kiss when it looked like he recovered his breath.
They kept staring at each other lovingly for a few minutes until Izuku broke the silence.
“You’re amazing, Kacchan.”
“You always say that.” The Incubus chuckled.
“Because it’s true.” He replied as he closed his eyes.
“I know.” Katsuki bragged as he shifted back into his human form. “You’re amazing too, Zuzu.”
The greenette blushed slightly at the nickname. “Not so much…”
“Hey, that’s my boyfriend you’re talking about, I won’t let you think less of him.”
Izuku smiled, flattered. “Well… if you say so…”
“It’s the truth.”
They both exchanged smiles as Katsuki caressed his plump body.
“You’re so daring sometimes, you know?”
The greenette blushed deeply at the implication. “W-well! Uh-!”
“You don’t have to be embarrassed.” Katsuki laughed. “I like it that way.”
Izuku smiled awkwardly.
“Let’s go take a shower.” The Incubus called as he pulled his boyfriend out of bed.
After a well-deserved shower, they both cuddled on the living room couch to watch movies before dinner, however, the ring of the doorbell soon cut off their plans halfway through.
“I’ll get it.” Katsuki offered as he stood from the couch.
Opening the door, he didn’t expect to see her of all people waiting on the outside.
“Hello, honey!” She greeted him excitedly.
Katsuki froze in place, he was about to yell when Izuku showed up at the genkan* out of curiosity to see an unknown face staring intensely at him.
“Is that him?” The woman pointed at the greenette curiously.
“What do you think you’re doing here at a time like this?!” Bakugou exclaimed in annoyance.
“Lower your tone, watch the way you talk to your mother!” The blonde woman retorted.
“Oh, no! You’re unbelievable! We agreed to set a date, you could’ve showed up at a bad time!”
“Oh, sorry… is it a bad time?” The lady touched her own face worriedly.
“No, but-!”
“So it’s good I came!” She cut off with a bright smile.
“Erm… a-hem.” Izuku cleaned his throat so that they remembered his presence.
“Oh, sorry, honey! That son of mine can’t hold his tongue.” She said as she passed by Katsuki towards the greenette waiting on the step. “You’re Izuku, right?”
“Oh, yes. That’s me.”
“You’re so adorable! I’m happy that Katsuki has a soulmate like you.”
“Uhm… so you’re missus Bakugou?” The freckled one asked to be sure.
“No need to be so formal, honey! You can call me Mitsuki, but I’d rather have you call me aunt.”
“Can we start over? You’re confusing him.” Katsuki complained as he closed the door.
“Oh, I’m sorry, honey! Let’s go in and sit down to talk.” Mitsuki told Izuku as she left her shoes on the genkan and climbed up the step towards the living room, inviting herself in, the guys had no other choice but to follow her.
The three of them joined on the couch and talked to better know each other, Izuku couldn’t help but mention how he and Kacchan met and Katsuki could only confirm despite the sorrow he still felt, Mitsuki also wasn’t so proud of her son, as one could figure.
“Sometimes I wonder where I got wrong with you.” The succubus Scolded her son.
“You’re the last person I want to hear a sermon from.” Katsuki retorted.
His mother shook her head and opened her mouth again. “Why don’t you go make us some tea, Katsuki?” She asked as an excuse to get rid of her son for a bit and have some time alone with her new in-law.
The cupid growled and unwillingly stood towards the kitchen, leaving his mother alone with his boyfriend in the living room, only did he wish for her not to say anything stupid.
“I’m really sorry for my son’s behavior, honey.”
“O-oh, it's okay! That’s all in the past now…” Izuku guaranteed as he rubbed his neck.
“I know you’re soulmates and I’m the last person who’d like to see my son have such a tragic end. I'm also glad that you settled yourselves out, but I feel like you should respect yourself a little more.”
“Yeah, everybody says that…” The greenette recoiled embarrassedly.
“Because it’s true. You look like a great person and deserve better.”
“I HEARD THAT!!!” Katsuki yelled from the kitchen.
“YOU BETTER!!!” His mother retorted.
Izuku giggled; from what Kacchan told him, he pictured Mitsuki completely different, he had no idea how funny she could be.
“Why are you visiting now? We agreed to set a date.” The blonde man left the kitchen as he grumbled with a tray of tea in his hands.
“I was excited to meet my son-in-law; I’m just relieved I didn’t show up before, it looks like you two were really busy.” She mentioned with a wink.
Katsuki almost dropped the tray on the coffee table as he heard her suggestive tone, Izuku himself blushed deeply.
“Mom!” The Incubus warned.
“H-h-h-h-how do you know that?!” The greenette asked her desperately.
“You smell like my son, a shower is not enough to get rid of that.” Mitsuki quirked a brow.
“Can we not talk about that?!” Katsuki exclaimed uncomfortably.
“Sorry, I couldn’t help it!” The mother figure laughed at them. “Either way, I’m really happy for you two. Katsuki’s very lucky to have a soulmate like you, Izuku! I hope I can get to know you better.” She said as she held the greenette’s hands.
“Thank you, a-aunt Mitsuki.” He replied awkwardly.
“Welcome to the family.” The Succubus smiled genuinely.
He didn’t think he’d be so well-received so fast, meeting missus Bakugou was a better experience than Izuku hoped for, her visitation brightened his night.
